Return Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

In keeping with industry standards for intimate apparel, items from our Ghost Archive collection marked as final sale cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, any items purchased during Social Promotions events may be subject to specific return conditions as noted at time of purchase.
