Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over £50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chic Aura purchase. Should any item not meet your expectations, our returns process is designed with the same meticulous care that defines our brand.

Return Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

In keeping with industry standards for intimate apparel, items from our Ghost Archive collection marked as final sale cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Additionally, items purchased during Social Promotions events may be subject to specific return conditions as noted at the time of purchase.

2 Return Authorization & Shipping

Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a return authorization email with detailed instructions and a return shipping label.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

3 Processing & Refund

Once we receive your return:

  • Allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are processed with the same efficiency as our order fulfillment:

  • Credit Card/Payment Processor Refunds: 7-10 business days after we process your return (processing times may vary by financial institution)
  • PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchange items will be shipped via your original shipping method.
